Venue Feature :: The Fairmont – Jasper Park Lodge Resort
This Royal Retreat has been the location of classic Hollywood films starring Marilyn Monroe, Jimmy Stewart and Bing Crosby. Nestled in a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Jasper Park Lodge is an ideal venue for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the creature comforts of 4 star accommodation.
We shot the 3-day Fountain Tire Convention, organized by the talented Jennifer Bergman of Jennifer Bergman Weddings, at Jasper Park Lodge and loved the rustic, natural charm of the venue. Special thanks goes out to the Invert 720 crew for putting on the magnificent lighting design and visuals.
Romance is palpable here, where the sweeping mountain ranges and lakes provide an ideal backdrop for lovers. Events require minimal decorations as nature will take care of the rest ;) Couples can spend their first night as man and wife in Outlook Cabin, where both King George VI and Queen Elizabeth II have stayed. For the bride who dreams of a princess wedding, it’s an ideal way to end the night – resting her head where Queens have.
Guests enjoy culinary delights including a selection of exotic meats ranging from lamb to venison. At the front of the lodge guests can watch chefs preparing chorizo sausages while enjoying hot chocolate in the winter or lemonade in the summer courtesy of the concierge desk.
Our ideal menu includes the petite hor d’ourves topped with caviar followed by a selection of cheesecake and little tarts. To end it all, the awesomely delicious Bailey’s Chocolate Fountain.

You may recognize our newest IS Family Member from our Couples Take Your Best Shot shoots. Maureen has worked as a marketer in both Canada and London, England and her industry experience includes an advertising agency, small businesses and corporate offices. With her degree in Marketing at the University of Alberta, she has helped businesses with their market research, branding, marketing collateral and business strategy. At Infused Studios she is our “Chief Marketing Goddess Extraordinaire” where you can find her on Facebook/twitter/ looking for the hottest and latest trends for all your bridal needs. She has an easy going, upbeat personality and loves to laugh. Sometimes her British accent comes into play and she’ll often use expressions like “That’s swish,” “bugger,” “jumper” or “oh Dear” when we give her a shout.
