    A lifetime of laughter.

Could this be one of the best wedding themes ever?  It’s a statement and aspiration that perfectly embodies who Caroline + Chris are as a couple.  Their beautiful smiles swept us away while we enjoyed Montana’s great outdoors for their engagement photos.  We enjoyed a culinary tour with them, including celebrating Chris’ birthday (shhhh … he told Caroline he was a year older than her when they first met so she’d feel better)  with the Maid of Honor, Melissa Giroux and Bridesmaid Allison Hart and their significant others.  Food is a passion they both share and we enjoyed buffalo burgers at a little corner shop (if you’re traveling through Montana it’s a MUST, but get there before 2pm or your taste buds will never forgive you) and jerky at the shop next door.  We learned that Caroline likes to gamble when it comes to her food – if you bet her to eat something, she will!  That includes a stale peanut found in someone’s cubicle.  On the bright side, she now has $20 towards her wedding costs!

Embodying their love of playing Catchphrase with friends while at Chris’ uncle’s cabin, we went to Flathead lake where Caroline and Chris danced through the fields and picked flowers.  To end the day, fresh cherries as the sun set over the cherry orchard.  Bliss.  Tastebuds concur.

Caroline + Chris, we had such fun with you two.  You’re happiness is infectious and your smiles absolutely light up your surroundings.  We’ll see you in August, maybe we’ll bring the Sing Song edition of Catchphrase for the reception 😉

    Food buddies forever!

  • Infused Studios Goes South

    Karen and Sam (Teaser2)

Hi folks, we have been tardy in our blogging as of late though it is for good cause. Rina and I have been traveling along the BC coast / Washington State for the last few weeks on several photoshoots and met some truly amazing couples! This image of Karen & Sam is one of our personal favourites as it captures their romance in the rainy/windy city. Hope you enjoy the teaser and stay tuned; we can’t wait to share their full story later this week.

  • Andrea + Chris :: E-Session ‘Moonlight on Ice’ (Edmonton, AB)

    Edmonton Wedding Photographers

We have always wanted to do a romantic photoshoot on ice under the full moon; and we have finally found the perfect couple who are crazy enough to brave the cold with us in the middle of the night. When we first met Andrea and Chris last year, we were so thrilled to find out that they are avid fans of our Great Canadian sport. They are still very active in hockey as goal tenders for their competitive sport teams here in town. Even their brand new home is a two minute walk from their very own community hockey rink.

Andrea is an Arts and Phys.Ed  teacher, and Chris is a Chartered Account. They met back in University while Andrea was playing for the Panda’s Hockey team. During the E-session, we quickly realized that they share much more passion besides just sticks and pucks. Thank you so much for having us over at your lovely home and for spending half the day with us. We are very fortunate to have met both of you and to have witness your love for each other.

Can’t wait to see you guys down the aisle in July.

    ~Rina

  • [IS] takes home 7 WPPI 2010 International Competition Awards

WPPI2010_CollageWe are back from Vegas for the annual Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) Photography Conference. It has been such an inspiration to listen to top speakers all around the world. We also had the chance to make new friends with photographers from overseas and rekindle with familiar faces as well. Our week long pilgrimage is over now and we’re very humbled to bring home 7 awards. We are thrilled to find out that one of Rina’s prints received the 2nd highest score in the competition for the “Bride and Groom” category.

This is our 2nd time entering into the WPPI competition. This year there were over 3500 print entries from over 35 different countries. We entered into the competition with full intention of receiving constructive feedback from world-class photographers in the industry. To tell you the truth, we still feel surreal from this whole experience.  Every year, the level of competition keeps getting higher and we are honored that the association has recognized our unique style.

Big hugs to our family, friends, and all of our clients who continue to believe in our vision and artistry,

    ~Ant and Rina
